Trove Brands is seeking a Sales Forecasting Analyst to drive performance across international accounts through precise forecasting, data analysis, and actionable insights. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand with broader plans from its Lehi, Utah HQ.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, data visualization, and automation to improve forecasting and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science/analytics, economics, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in a retail analytics, sales forecasting, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, PivotTables, conditional functions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using historical sales, POS data, market trends, and retailer performance.
• Analyze performance across products, retailers, and international accounts; translate findings into insights and recommendations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify drivers of variance, and suggest enhancements for future periods.
• Support promotions, seasonal launches, and new product planning by forecasting demand changes.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align forecasts with demand, inventory, and production.
• Leverage data visualization, AI tools, and automation to improve reporting and insights.
• Support Sales reps in building relationships with retail merchants and monitor market trends.
