Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking an Inventory Analytics FP&A professional to own inbound and in-transit inventory metrics, 3PL performance, and forecasting in Lehi, UT. You’ll build dashboards in Snowflake and Omni, drive cost visibility, and partner with Ops to scale reporting as the business grows.

The role reports to the VP of FP&A, requires 2–5 years in supply chain finance, and demands strong Excel, SQL, and ERP experience. This is a full-time in-office position in Lehi.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in supply chain finance, operations finance, inventory analytics, or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel and modeling instincts.
• SQL proficiency or willingness to pick it up quickly.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Acumatica, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Inventory position and control metrics across SKU, location, and channel.
• Inbound and import analytics including landed cost and freight spend.
• 3PL and distribution performance scorecard end-to-end ownership.
• Chargebacks and deductions sizing and root-cause analysis.
• Dashboards and KPIs in Snowflake and Omni with automated reporting.
• Ad hoc analysis from multiple data sources to support Inventory Control, Imports, Distribution, and HQ.
• Inventory inputs to annual plan, forecast, and close with variance analysis.
