SMC is seeking a Sales Enablement Project Coordinator in Noblesville, Indiana, to drive CRM and sales enablement initiatives across global teams. You will schedule meetings, capture detailed notes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and action items.

You will partner with CRM Administrators and platform teams to plan enhancements, produce release notes, and communicate progress. A PMP is preferred and SugarCRM experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of related work experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• CRM experience (SugarCRM preferred).
• Strong presentation and communication skills with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Organize, manage, and progress Sales Enablement and CRM projects across teams.
• Plan meetings with attendees to advance project milestones and success criteria.
• Document and track deliverables, action items, and communications for all stakeholders.
• Prepare planning documents and resources to support project management.
