Job summary

Philips in Cambridge MA is recruiting a Global Sales Training and Enablement Leader for Healthcare Informatics. The role designs and deploys a global training strategy, builds scalable curricula, and governs content across channels.

You will own the LMS, analyze learning data, and drive adoption through regional enablement teams. You bring 8+ years in global sales training, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong adult-learning expertise to optimize enterprise B2B selling in healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global sales training and enablement with cross‑region leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Sales or equivalent.
• Experience training sellers in complex B2B enterprise sales; Healthcare/Health IT/Informatics preferred.
• Strong foundation in adult learning principles and modern enablement approaches (microlearning, reinforcement, certification, manager coaching).
• Hands-on LMS administration, reporting and analytics experience.
• Ability to influence across functions and build partnership with Product Marketing, Sales and Regional leaders.
• Must meet Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Define the global sales training & enablement strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Build a scalable, role-based curriculum with Marketing and regional teams.
• Translate priorities into learning journeys by role (onboarding, core skills, product/solution).
• Establish governance and standards for training design and content across channels.
• Own and operate the LMS, using analytics to optimize learner outcomes.
• Drive adoption with a repeatable communications plan for regional enablement teams.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve the program based on data.
