Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking a Global Sales Coordinator to support an international sales organization and coordinate orders, pricing, and product materials across markets.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across time zones with internal teams. Experience in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office is essential, with travel for trade shows or meetings possible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, international business, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, international business, logistics, order management, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with international sales team to support distributor and retail accounts across global markets.
• Manage administrative lifecycle of international orders from entry through fulfillment.
• Serve as a resource for customers on product availability, pricing, order status, and shipping timelines.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Inventory, and Customer Care to resolve issues.
