Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking a Global Sales Coordinator to assist an international sales organization from Newark, NJ. This role connects overseas customers with internal teams, handling orders, pricing, materials, and inquiries with precision across markets.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Care, maintain accurate data, create sales tools, and support trade shows and launches in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, international business, marketing, supply chain, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support distributor and retail accounts across global markets.
• Manage international order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
• Prepare pricing sheets, product documentation, and account materials.
• Assist with international product launches, promotions, and market initiatives.

Skills

Strong written and verbalcommunication

Microsoft Office proficiency

ERP/CRM/order-management experience

Bilingual or multilingual (plus)
