Job summary

Uber is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to own the execution and improvement of incentive plans within the Xactly platform for Delivery plans. You will become the resident expert on incentive plans, manage data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely seller compensation.

The role emphasizes process optimization, governance, and partnerships with Sales Ops, IT, and Payroll to support new hires, terminations, and transfers while auditing commission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fields include business, economics, math, finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Slides) required.

Responsibilities
