Description

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Global Sales Business Development Manager to remotely support our enterprise networking and cloud solutions customer based in Raleigh, North Carolina.Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Business Development Manager to drive the execution of global sales strategies within a designated region. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with regional sales teams, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align objectives, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue goals. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate a global, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align the execution of the global sales strategy and adapt it to regional needs
  • Partner with marketing and other key stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue
  • Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution of sales objectives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of regional sales strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including training and tools, to support regional teams in achieving their goals
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and remove barriers, streamline processes, and ensure successful implementation of global initiatives
  • Represent the region in global forums to advocate for regional needs and share successes and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a global or regional capacity
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of global sales strategies and regional market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
