Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, BI, performance reporting, data strategy experience.
• Experience solving complex analytical problems with large datasets.
• Ability to define metrics, KPI frameworks and exec reporting that translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL and tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and performance measures to understand business performance.
• Apply advanced quantitative methods to identify trends, drivers and opportunities.
• Reconcile reporting across sources and hierarchies.
• Establish metric definitions, governance, and trusted performance measures.
• Drive centralized reporting across regions with local requirements.
• Create executive reporting and KPI frameworks for visibility into performance.
• Lead complex initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regions.
• Shape long-term analytics roadmap and raise capabilities across the team.
• Execute business initiatives with stakeholders and partners.
• Solve problems using subject matter knowledge and data.
• Engage with leaders to deliver on business objectives.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to progress toward goals.
