Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a strategic Senior Manager for our Customer Success Analytics team to shape the roadmap and turn data into transformational business insights for global decisions.

You will partner with executive leadership to influence GTM strategy, mentor an analytics team, and drive self-serve analytics adoption using Tableau and related tools across Sales, Product, and Support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI/Analytics with leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and CLV.
• Proficiency in data architecture and engineering oversight: Snowflake, BigQuery, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, analysis, and troubleshooting data quality.
• Advanced experience with Tableau and CRM Analytics for enterprise visualizations.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling to influence VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience driving organizational change and KPI alignment across Sales, Product, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the global Customer Success analytics roadmap.
• Architect advanced Customer Health and adoption frameworks to reduce churn and drive expansion.
• Partner with VP-level leadership to translate data into actionable narratives influencing GTM strategy.
• Oversee data architecture and systems integration, ensuring a robust global data pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team focused on data literacy and self-service insights.
• Drive adoption of self-serve analytics tools like Tableau across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align KPIs and standardize metric definitions across post-sales.
