United States Digital Space LLC in California is seeking an Associate for Sales Strategy and Operations to drive insights, analytics, and processes that help the sales organization run faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

As an Associate you will lead cross‑functional initiatives from ideation to recommendations, work daily in Salesforce and Google Sheets, and partner with sales, marketing, ops, product, and finance to shape scalable, data‑driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable processes and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & planning: generate ongoing and ad hoc reports for reviews and inform decisions.
• Systems and operations: improve workflows, possibly in Salesforce or other tools.
• Sales Enablement: develop programs and content for new hires and track effectiveness.
• Roll up sleeves in a scrappy startup to deliver daily impact and solve problems.
• Work in Salesforce and Google Sheets daily; collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
