• Serve as primary contact for university international insurance and travel registry systems.
• Coordinate pre-departure safety training and deliver trainings on a rotating schedule.
• Track and report international health, safety, and security incidents.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotation for emergencies abroad and incident response.
• Engage with campus units and external partners on safety policies and drills.
