Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced S+ Process Solutions Lead to steer the serialization ecosystem across North America and beyond. You will partner with engineering, operations, digital, and supplier teams to optimize processes, scale solutions, and deliver end-to-end capital projects with disciplined cost control.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, strong program management, and a mindset of end-to-end process ownership in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with preference for mechanical, electrical or electromechanical disciplines.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial operations, automation or logistics.
• Experience leading technical projects end-to-end and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage large-scale capital engineering projects for automation and IoT.
• Lead global cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and OPS excellence.
• Prepare Capex justifications, equipment layouts, and technical specs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive MTBF improvements and adopt advanced tech like AI, robotics, digital twins.
