Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, engineering, or process improvement.
• Proven ability with data-driven problem solving and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own Process Design for Packing functions.
• Create future design requirements and process flows for modernized WMS.
• Lead training, field implementation, and problem solving.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across product, technology, field, data and analytics, finance, safety, and quality.
