Job summary

CHEP is seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Serialization Solutions Lead to drive S+ technology and processes across North America and beyond. You will partner with engineering, operations and digital teams to optimize serialization, pilots and scalable deployment while aligning with worldwide governance and future readiness.

You will guide process owners within Global Supply Chain, drive continuous improvement, and ensure SOPs and playbooks support the end-to-end S+ ecosystem across service

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical fields.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, industrial operations, automation or logistics.
• Experience leading technical projects from problem identification through implementation.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale automation, IoT and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver process and technology improvements.
• Own and govern operational processes, define standards and drive adoption.
• Lead pilots, proofs of concept and deployment programs, validating new tech and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce inefficiencies and enhance performance through automation and digital solutions.
• Translate operational requirements into technical specifications with Engineering, Digital and Tech teams.
• Track performance, value realization and Total Cost of Ownership metrics with data-driven insights.
• Influence stakeholders and champion governance and best practices across the organization.
