Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a Global Product Owner for RTR to centrally manage the global Record-to-Report processes. You will ensure new process adoption, maintain standards across GBS centers, and drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders worldwide.

You will lead a team of Global Product Owners, oversee system performance, and align processes with the global GBS strategy while supporting continuous improvement and data integrity across regions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP software and functions relevant to financial processes.
• Experience in centralized service centers supporting financial operations across multiple entities and regions.
• Understanding of change management theory and practice.
• Strong ability to design and optimize financial processes like record-to-report.
• Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Global Product Owners, escalating issues to senior leadership.
• Oversee system performance from a functional perspective and manage resources.
• Ensure robust integration points between existing systems and processes.
• Identify risks, issues and business impacts for RTR processes and manage them.
• Benchmark and adopt internal and external best practices for end-to-end processes.
• Update and maintain process diagrams and data flows.
• Oversee system update delivery and ensure timely rollouts.
• Own master data management and enforce data integrity.
• Coordinate ongoing engagement with Subject Matter Resources.
• Update and validate learning content and support training delivery.
• Manage policy updates and act as a change ambassador.
