Warner Music Group is seeking a Director, RTR - Global Process Owner to centrally manage global Record-to-Report processes. The role ensures process adoption, maturity, consistency, and standards across GBS centers worldwide.

• Experience in centralized service centers supporting financial operations across multiple entities.
• Strong background in financial process design and continuous improvement.
• Knowledgeable in change management theory and practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Global Product Owners and escalate issues to SVP Finance Operations.
• Oversee system performance from a functional perspective and manage resources.
• Ensure integration points between existing systems and processes are functioning.
• Review and resolve issues, risks and business impacts for RTR processes.
• Identify internal and external best practices to improve end-to-end processes.
• Update and maintain process flows and data integrity; support training delivery.
