Zusammenfassung

Air Products is seeking a Project Manager for Rotoflow, based at the Rotoflow headquarters in Bethlehem, PA. You will manage global Aftermarket projects and selected New Equipment initiatives, coordinating with engineering, production, procurement, and finance to meet budget and schedule commitments.

The role offers strong cross-functional exposure, travel under 10%, and growth opportunities within project management. Hybrid work arrangement with four days in the Bethlehem office.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Technical or engineering-related education preferred.
• Experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of global Aftermarket projects from order award through closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Oversee project setup, execution, tracking, and closeout activities within SAP.
• Prepare documentation required for invoicing and shipments (domestic and international).
• Manage customer documentation and contractual deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply company standards, systems, and best practices to support project execution.
• Coordinate execution across mechanical design, aero, controls, production, planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing requirements.
