Air Products is seeking a Proposal Engineer - Aftermarket Equipment to join Rotoflow, with base in Houston, TX or Bethlehem, PA. You will develop timely, accurate aftermarket turbomachinery proposals supporting global opportunities, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Operations, and balancing technical and commercial priorities.

Travel is up to 5% domestically. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering growth in a high-impact, customer-facing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, Mechanical preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in proposal management, engineering support, or cost estimating environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required (in addition to degree requirement).
• Experience in proposal management and cost estimation is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support RFQ/RFP responses and bid management lifecycle with accurate, timely aftermarket turbomachinery proposals.
• Participate in tendering activities for global customers in Oil & Gas, LNG, and Industrial Gasses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to define scope, pricing, and delivery strategies.
• Manage multiple proposals concurrently with high-quality outputs and deadlines.
• Interpret customer requirements and technical specifications to create tailored solutions.
• Support commercial strategy through cost estimation, pricing analysis, and proposal optimization.
• Drive accountability across internal stakeholders to meet commitments and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Seek continuous improvements in proposal processes, tools, and execution efficiency.
