Job summary

Air Products Rotoflow division seeks a Project Manager to lead global Aftermarket projects and select New Equipment initiatives from its Bethlehem, PA headquarters. You will coordinate across engineering, production, planning, procurement, and logistics to meet customer requirements, budget, and schedule while prioritizing safety.

The role serves as the main customer contact from award through closeout, manages SAP-based workflows, and ensures on-time, on-budget execution with strong program

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required.
• Technical or engineering-related education or experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global Aftermarket projects from order award through closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Oversee project setup, execution, tracking, and closeout activities in SAP.
• Prepare documentation for invoicing and shipments (domestic and international).
• Coordinate with mechanical design, aero, controls, production, planning, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams.
• Prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
• Promote safety as the highest priority.
