Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Process Safety Management experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor KPIs to optimize plant value and EBITDA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and costs.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Respond to emergencies and drive corrective actions with SMEs and teams.
• Ensure compliance with plant permits and safety procedures.
