Job summary

Humanoid is building world-class humanoid robots and seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution of complex robotics development programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across hardware and software to deliver highly integrated humanoid platforms in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will coordinate across Boston, Vancouver, and London, driving program delivery with strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-graduate experience leading hardware new product development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics or engineering.
• Technical background in hardware, firmware, and software development.
• Experience in highly cross-functional engineering environments.
• Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across teams.
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.
• Willingness to work early hours to collaborate with London.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of hardware NPD projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and process.
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and software to deliver integrated robotic platforms.
• Track progress end-to-end, mitigate risks, and unblock blockers across multiple sites and suppliers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones and cultures to maintain alignment and commitments.
• Demonstrate systems thinking and judicious decision-making to guide teams toward scalable solutions.
