Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, WW Professional Education, Robotics to join the Robotics and Digital Solutions organization located in Santa Clara, CA. The role oversees global content development, faculty management, and integration of innovative training technologies within the Education Continuum.

Required are a bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in healthcare commercial roles with prior medical device education experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of six 6-8 years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles.
• Previous experience in Medical Device Education is required.
• Project management experience is required.
• High technological and business aptitude is required.
• Influence management and communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage internal and external networks is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop education content.
• Deliver professional education across robotics and digital solutions.
• Develop and manage global faculty and curriculum development.
• Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and external partners.
• Track program efficacy and optimize training outcomes.
• Integrate with LMS and event management systems.
• Lead WW Professional Education strategy initiatives.
