Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, WW Professional Education, Robotics to join the Robotics and Digital Solutions organization in Santa Clara, CA. This role leads global content development and faculty management, partnering with R&D, marketing, and external partners to deliver high-quality education across the continuum.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in healthcare commercial roles, with experience in medical device education and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Prof Ed, Marketing) or other applicable experience.
• Medical Device Education experience preferred
• Project management experience required
• High technological and business aptitude; influence and communication skills required
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage internal and external networks required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Professional Education, Marketing, R&D, and external partners to develop training assets for safe use of J&J robotic systems.
• Deliver hands-on education to surgical teams on setup, use, and teardown of the OTTAVA Surgical System.
• Develop metrics to track education program efficacy and effectiveness.
• Develop global faculty and lead curriculum development working groups.
• Enable collaboration with internal and external partners to leverage innovative training technologies.
• Use VoC to refine content via continuous improvement.
• Maximize integration with LMS and event management systems.
• Lead key J&J WW Professional Education strategy initiatives.
