Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, WW Professional Education, Robotics to join the Robotics and Digital Solutions organization in Santa Clara, CA. This role leads the education strategy for robotic systems, working across Education, Marketing, R&D and external partners to ensure high-quality training and program delivery.

You will develop curricula, manage global faculty, and drive measurable outcomes while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6–8 years in progressive Healthcare Commercial roles (Sales, Training, Pro Ed, Marketing or Sales Management) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Medical Device Education (internal or external) is required.
• Project management experience is required.
• High technological and business aptitude is required.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively; strong network development skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Education, Marketing, R&D and external partners to develop training assets for safe use of robotic systems.
• Deliver hands-on education to surgical teams on setup, use and teardown of OTTAVA Surgical System.
• Develop metrics to track education program efficacy and effectiveness.
• Lead curriculum development and global faculty; manage training programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to apply innovative training technologies.
• Incorporate customer insights to refine educational content via continuous improvement.
• Work to maximize LMS and event-management system integration.
• Lead key J&J WW Professional Education strategy initiatives.
