Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, WW Professional Education Robotics to join the Robotics and Digital Solutions organization located in Santa Clara, CA.

The role focuses on global content/curriculum development, faculty identification and management, and integration of innovative training technologies, while collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and external partners. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Six to eight years in progressive healthcare commercial roles (Sales, Training, Prof Ed, Marketing and/or Sales Management) or other applicable experience.
• Previous experience in Medical Device Education (external or internal) is required.
• Project management experience is required.
• High technological and business aptitude is required.
• Influence management and communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage internal and external networks is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Professional Education, Marketing, R&D, and external partners to develop training assets for safe and efficacious use of J&J’s robotic systems.
• Deliver technical hands-on education to surgical teams on setup, use, and teardown of the OTTAVA Surgical System.
• Assist with development and implementation of metrics to track education program efficacy.
• Develop global faculty and lead curriculum development working groups.
• Enable collaboration with internal and external partners to leverage innovative training technologies.
• Utilize customer insights to refine educational content via continuous improvement.
• Maximize integration with LMS and event management systems.
• Lead key J&J WW Professional Education strategy initiatives.
