This senior role integrates POD API facilities, copyright licensing, and library/academic outreach to maximize international reach and royalties.

You will drive strategic partnerships with publishers, libraries, and retailers, optimize yield, and ensure 100% IP ownership while reducing warehousing and logistics

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (Required) in Supply Chain Management, Publishing Studies, International Business, Information & Library Science, or Intellectual Property Law.
• Proven track record of architecting commercial distribution pipelines for publishers, corporate research divisions, academic presses, or large distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Multi-Channel Global Distribution stream, mentoring analysts and operators.
• Architect zero-inventory POD pipelines and automate royalty yields across 40k+ channels.
• Negotiate licenses, manage rights and royalties, and ensure 100% IP ownership for clients.
