Job summary

SAP is seeking an SAP iXp Global Revenue Operations Intern – Project Management and Business Analysis in Alpharetta, GA or Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

The internship offers exposure to a small GRO team supporting sales operations, enablement programs, dashboards, and cross-functional programs. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements, while learning from mentors within SAP Next Gen.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required with university experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines (time management).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams; willingness to learn SharePoint and PowerBI.
• Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, in writing and on calls.
• Willingness to learn new systems/processes, and to experiment with AI and various tools.
• Analytical skills: analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer and opportunity data.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination of GRO enablement programs, aligning with speakers and managing invitations across time zones.
• Gain experience in project management, strategy & operations, and business analytics with the GRO Programs team.
• Conduct business analysis to support GRO teams, including dashboards and stakeholder alignment.
• Use Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms) and PowerBI; explore AI tools like Copilot.
• Support communications through SharePoint sites for operations and sales audiences.
