Job summary

SAP is offering an iXp Intern position in Adoption, Insights & Services in Tempe, AZ. You will work 20–40 hours weekly for 12 months, analyzing usage data, building dashboards, and supporting data validation for adoption services.

You’ll collaborate with experienced service teams, develop scripts, and help extend analytics tooling across SAP BTP and AI scenarios, gaining hands-on experience in analytics and product support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
• Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date within 6 months).
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills; familiarity with Power BI.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and SAP/cloud software familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI and SAP Joule.
• Translate usage data into findings and recommendations for service teams.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks to free up time for analysis.
• Review customer contracts and entitlement data for measurement documentation.
• Test new metering capabilities and develop automation scripts for adoption tools.
