Job summary

You’ll analyze contracts, build dashboards in Excel and Power BI, automate reporting, and help extend our adoption tooling across SAP BTP and AI scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel for data analysis and presenting in PowerPoint.
• Experience or coursework in analytics using BI tools like Power BI.
• Working understanding of SAP or cloud software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI and SAP Joule for adoption metrics.
• Analyze usage data and prepare data-driven insights for service teams and stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reporting to free time for deeper analysis.
• Prepare data-driven targeting summaries and track engagement pipelines.
• Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing content for new joiners.
