Job summary

Microvast is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator in Houston to support the CRO and global revenue team. The role blends executive assistance, calendar management, cross-functional coordination, CRM discipline, ERP follow-up, reporting support and action tracking.

You will manage calendars, prepare briefings, route requests, coordinate travel and ensure data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems, enabling disciplined revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/ops/finance/marketing or related; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Five+ years in executive assistance, commercial coordination or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting a senior executive across functions, locations and time zones.
• Practical CRM and ERP experience; manufacturing/oem or batteries context preferred.
• Experience preparing management reports, minutes, presentations and confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRO calendar, priorities, meeting requests and scheduling across global time zones.
• Prepare daily and weekly priority summaries, decision lists, briefing materials and follow-up reminders.
• Screen and route requests; elevate urgent issues promptly to revenue leaders.
• Coordinate business travel, itineraries, events and related admin logistics.
• Handle confidential commercial, employee, customer and executive information with discretion.
• Coordinate work among Global Business Development, Global Sales, OEM Management and more.
• Maintain master revenue calendar for reviews, forecasting and strategic planning.
