Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Repair Operations Manager to design and govern repair and returns processes for a growing third-party centers. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply data-driven approaches, and drive continuous improvement across the reverse supply chain.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage vendor performance, and implement manufacturing control plans to meet product specifications while ensuring quality and timely returns processing.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent degree required.
• PMP/CPIM/CSCP or related certification preferred.
• Experience in repair or manufacturing for data center components.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities for AMD at contract manufacturing (CM) service provider to ensure output and quality meet AMD requirements.
• Design and implement repair processes and procedures that adhere to internal policies and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Provide governance of returns center processes and reporting.
• Manage returns processes across a cross-functional / matrix organization.
• Provide clear and timely communications to multiple stakeholders.
• Apply project management principles to small to large projects and drive continuous improvement.
