Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a Manager of Retail Development & Operations for MAC and Bobbi Brown to shape global retail architecture, distribution, and omni‑channel strategies.

You will collaborate with Design, VM, Finance, and regional teams to build cohesive, future‑ready stores and channels. The role demands 7–10+ years in retail development or PMO, strong analytics, and the ability to drive cross‑functional work across DTC and wholesale.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in retail business development, operations, business planning, or structured PMO environments.
• Experience in retail execution, commercial modeling, brand planning, or structured project management in a consumer-facing team or function
• Exception project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives through disciplined organization, exception communication and structured processes
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and develop actionable frameworks, presentations and tools
• Understanding of DTC and multi-channel retail ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with disciplined follow-through
• Strong commercial and financial acumen

Responsibilities

• Support global retail architecture, store formats and distribution typologies.
• Develop 360° retail models with KPIs, costs, services and assortment.
• Align formats with productivity benchmarks and guardrails.
• Partner with Store Design, VM, Finance, Regions for project mgmt.
• Integrate formats into market plans for global consistency.
• Develop global distribution frameworks across DTC/Wholesale.
• Lead retail project intake and milestones management.
• Coordinate materials and evaluation documents for proposals.
• Provide updates to aid strategic decisions.
• Support activation programs with regions and marketing.
• Surface field insights for refinement.
