The Estée Lauder Companies’ MAC Global Ecommerce team is seeking an Associate, Global Ecommerce to support asset management, brand site and retailer.com launches for new collections. You will ensure timely delivery of assets and accurate product data.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development and regional teams to gather information and optimize asset delivery across online channels. This role emphasizes project coordination, detail‑driven execution and cross‑functional teamwork

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 2+ years ecommerce and/or marketing experience.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Creative thinker and problem solver in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker).
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Figma experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain product database and monitor full assortment for site experience.
• Capture campaign changes in product worksheets and inform regional teams.
• Gather product information (benefits, usage, claims, pairings).
• Own product setup from SKU creation to brand/retailer site setup.
• Serve as global point-of-contact for regional product setup.
• Track assets with creative team and enforce deadlines.
• Distribute product assets to regional partners.
• Coordinate with external agencies on brand site builds and campaigns.
• Provide QA support during high-volume periods and platform integrations.
