Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in retail business development, operations, business planning, or PMO.
• Experience in retail execution, commercial modeling, brand planning, or structured project management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop global retail formats and distribution typologies for MAC & Bobbi Brown.
• Define KPI structures, cost inputs, services, and programs integration for retail models.
• Lead cross‑functional project management and ensure timely, on‑budget execution.
