Job summary

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years leading Retail-focused technology solutions, services, or productized offerings.
• Proven ability to build and scale differentiated Retail solutions from concept to repeatable offers.
• Deep familiarity with store technology architectures and operating models (store edge, networks, POS, cybersecurity, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own vertical strategy, offerings, and scalable reference architectures for Retail solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including solutions architects and sales executives to deliver end-to-end retail offerings.
• Land lighthouse customers, drive solution-led growth, and enable multi-country rollouts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and marketing to shape the roadmap and remove scale barriers.
• Own outcomes, delivery repeatability, and profitability of Retail solutions.
