You will track retail display projects and international marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines, vendors, and samples while ensuring on-time execution globally. This is an early-career role with growth in retail and brand marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Supply Chain/Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, retail, operations, or project coordination.
• Strong multitasking and deadline management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Track retail display projects end to end and maintain real-time records in Asana.
• Coordinate international marketing requests into briefs and manage timelines.
• Support events and development of marketing materials for B2B use.
• Liaise with logistics for shipments to global markets and partner deliveries.
