Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, retail, operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Demonstrated project coordination with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Clear written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Track retail display projects end-to-end in Asana and manage timelines.
• Monitor deadlines and update project owners as milestones are reached.
• Track production details, order samples, and maintain records.
• Organize and maintain all project files.
• Coordinate US and international shipments and vendor communications.
• Support email campaigns and international marketing workflows.
