Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA/Masters Degree preferred.
• 6+ years experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and business savvy; excellent communication and negotiation in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage supply and demand plans supporting Retail inventory and Online metrics.
• Partner with Operation Partners, Retail Finance, and Retail Merchandising to align supply and demand strategies.
• Maintain relationships with Regional RFO partners to ensure global consistency of World Wide strategies.
• Ensure in-stock levels and service levels for all strategic products in Retail Stores.
• Drive NPI and EOL strategies for RFO and communicate inventory risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising/Finance & Readiness teams on NPI & EOL alignment.
• Lead scenario planning and decision support for supply constraints, demand changes, and inventory imbalances.
• Synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations for Senior and Executive management.
