You’ll work with field leadership and cross-functional teams to translate workforce strategies into cost insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.

The role involves complex modeling, performance analysis, and communication with Retail and Finance leadership to drive staffing strategy worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related quantitative field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Dynamic Financial Modeling: build staffing models from drivers and trends.
• Performance & variance analysis: spend vs actuals and KPIs with insights.
• Executive communication: clear, concise leadership summaries.
• Cross-functional project leadership with Retail Real Estate, Store Ops, and Workforce Strategy.
• New Store & Investment modeling for openings and pilots.
• Strategic ad hoc analytics to guide store staffing decisions.
• FP&A support for annual planning, monthly forecasts, and quarterly close.
• Headcount governance and store staffing decisions support.
