Hardee's is seeking a Senior Director, International Finance and Growth to lead finance and development for international markets. You will drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and regulatory alignment while shaping strategic partnerships and franchisee performance across countries.

In this role, you will manage multi-currency P&L, oversee development agreements, and provide data-driven insights to the leadership team, reporting to the SVP of Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in finance, development, strategy, or analytical roles; franchised business experience a plus.
• Experience negotiating development agreements and leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with international markets and multi-currency P&L management.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-currency, multi-market P&L in partnership with General Managers.
• Drive monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and budgeting for international inputs.
• Identify variances, develop actionable insights, and present to executive leadership.
• Oversee franchisee financial statements and KPI benchmarking by country.
• Manage development agreements and capital planning for growth in international markets.
• Collaborate with GMs and field teams to standardize tools and processes.
• Provide strategic support for JV, M&A, and market-entry evaluations.
