Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Head of Global Resource Management to lead the design and evolution of our future-state resource management operating model. You will align executive vision with capacity, demand, and workforce strategies across the firm to optimize utilization and global delivery.

This role partners with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership across BU/DU to drive enterprise-wide governance, staffing decisions, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI and data to provide real-time visibility into

Qualifications

• 15+ years in resource management or related field
• Experience leading resource management in a global professional-services firm
• Experience designing and implementing operating models
• Strong demand/capacity planning and forecasting skills
• Experience integrating offshore/global delivery into engagements
• Experience using dashboards and data governance for decisions

Responsibilities

• Design and implement future-state resource management operating model with governance and standards
• Lead demand and capacity planning with executives and BU/DU leaders
• Improve utilization and delivery economics across regions and teams
• Integrate India talent into engagements to expand global delivery
• Promote collaboration and alignment across BUs, DUs, and geographies
• Build workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity strategies
• Modernize processes with IT, data, and AI for real-time visibility
• Manage flexible capacity including internal and 1099 resources
• Establish metrics and executive reporting to improve decisions
