Job summary

AB InBev is seeking a Global Manager, Resource Allocation to lead strategic analysis of how to deploy sales and marketing resources across markets. You will connect investment data with brand potential and performance, building allocation options and clear recommendations for growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing Finance and regional leaders to translate strategy into actionable allocation decisions and scalable tools for future cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or commercial strategy, strategic planning, resource allocation, marketing effectiveness, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex strategic analyses from problem definition through recommendation and senior leadership alignment.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of how sales and marketing investments drive outcomes.
• Advanced problem-structuring and analytical skills, including scenario development and trade-off evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Resource Allocation Strategy across the company and markets.
• Own end-to-end strategic analysis of how sales and marketing resources should be allocated.
• Translate strategy into allocation principles, decision criteria, and analytical questions.
• Identify over- and under-investment and redirect resources to high-value priorities.
• Develop forward-looking scenarios quantifying trade-offs, funding sources, and risks.
• Partner with global and local leaders to shift investments for growth.
• Translate strategy into prioritized actions and track implementation with repeatable tools.
• Work with Marketing Finance to ensure data completeness and comparability.
