Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or commercial strategy and resource allocation.
• Ability to lead complex analyses from definition to senior leadership alignment.
• Strong commercial acumen with investments driving outcomes.
• Advanced problem-structuring and scenario development.
• Ability to review financial data with Finance for reliable decisions.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic analysis of how sales and marketing resources should be allocated across company, markets, brands, channels, and capabilities.
• Translate strategy into allocation principles, decision criteria, and analytical questions.
• Identify over/under-investment and redirect resources to high-value priorities.
• Develop forward-looking scenarios quantifying trade-offs, funding, outcomes, and risks.
• Partner with global/local leaders to shift investments to drive growth.
• Translate strategy into prioritized actions, track impact, and build repeatable tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing Finance to ensure complete, comparable data for decisions.
