Job summary

AB InBev invites a Global Manager to lead Operations & Governance for draftLine from our New York hub. You will design and scale the operating model, oversee newsroom setup, governance, and budgeting, and partner with Strategy, Creative, Production and Brand teams to drive excellence at scale.

You will manage global studios, external agencies, and cross‑functional resources, ensuring efficient delivery, fiscal accountability, and continuous process improvement in a high‑impact environment at AB

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with project management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of agency operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of governance and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model for Global Hub across draftLine functions and partners.
• Oversee global newsroom setup, staffing, budgets and workflows.
• Manage newsroom and staffing investments; budgeting and financial reporting.
• Partner with Strategy, Insights, Creative, Production, and Brand to optimize workflows.
• Serve as operational partner to senior brand leaders and external agencies.
• Continuously improve team structures, governance and processes for scalability.
