Job summary

AB InBev is seeking a Global Manager of Operations & Governance to scale the operating model for draftLine. You will oversee agency operations, newsroom execution, governance, resourcing, and financial processes to enable efficient, high‑quality delivery at scale.

Working across Strategy, Creative, Production, Brand teams, and external partners, you will drive operational excellence, staffing plans, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration across global and local studios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with agency operations and governance.
• Strong budgeting & financial reporting skills.
• Knowledge of newsroom workflows and cross‑functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operating model for Global Hub and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Oversee six global newsrooms annually, budgeting, staffing, and workflows.
• Manage newsroom investments and budgeting with Finance.
• Drive governance and scalable processes across local and global studios.
• Partner with Strategy, Insights, Creative, Production, and Brand teams.
• Improve team structures, workflows, and governance for impact.
