Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as medicine, nursing, public health, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research methodologies and real-world evidence
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related fields
• 5+ years of managerial experience in MedTech, pharma, or biotech
• Proficiency in global research regulations and quality systems
• Strong track record of strategic partnerships with healthcare systems and academic institutions
• Expertise in statistical analytics and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global research strategy for the business's patient care solutions portfolio
• Identify evidence gaps and determine the data needed to support product development

For our client, we are seeking a Global Research Director, Patient Care Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape a multi-year global research agenda that supports product development, evidence generation, and strategic decision-making across a healthcare-focused portfolio.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership, clinical stakeholders, and external research organizations to define evidence priorities, evaluate market and customer needs, and guide investment choices.

You will also oversee a global team and budget while ensuring research programs are aligned with clinical trends, regulatory expectations, and business objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $164,000 – $246,000 annually
