Deutsche Bank Research seeks an AI Transformation Lead to drive strategic integration of AI across the global division, defining a multi-year AI roadmap for Research and prioritizing high-impact use cases. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, build scalable tools, and champion adoption with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 10+ years at the technology-finance nexus, an advanced degree, and deep AI/ML expertise.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Quantitative Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience at the intersection of technology and financial services, leading complex AI/ML initiatives from strategy to scaled delivery.
• Ability to define AI roadmaps, build business cases, prioritize high-impact use cases, and move initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML techniques, including NLP, LLMs, generative AI, supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, cloud AI architectures and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI strategy: Define and deliver a multi-year AI roadmap for Research, aligned with priorities.
• Prioritize high-value use cases: Identify opportunities that improve workflows and research output.
• Lead delivery end to end: Oversee AI initiatives from prototype to production deployment and adoption tracking.
• Build scalable solutions: Design secure, robust AI tools and platforms with tech teams and vendors.
• Drive adoption and change: Champion AI through stakeholder engagement and upskilling programs.
• Ensure responsible AI governance: Establish data privacy, explainability, and regulatory compliance controls.
