Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Director of Renewals to own and scale the global renewals motion. You will lead Renewal Managers, shape end-to-end renewal processes, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve forecast accuracy and retention.

In this senior role, you will manage metrics like COHORT renewal rate, on-time renewals, and churn risk, while driving scalable processes, tooling, and data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in renewals, customer success, or revenue operations, including people management experience.
• Track record owning GRR, cohort renewal rate, and renewal-rate KPIs at scale in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience operating in a RACI-style model where renewals execution is separated from commercial deal ownership.
• Strong process and systems orientation — CRM, CLM, and forecasting tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Renewal team to own end-to-end renewal execution, including timelines, contracts, risk, and negotiation.
• Define and optimize renewals motions with clear handoffs among Renewals, AE, CS, Legal, and Deal Desk.
• Own renewals forecasting cadence and provide executive-level reporting on pipeline health and retention.
• Drive Cohort Renewal rate and on-time renewal performance as core KPIs with strong forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to streamline contracting and approvals; improve CRM/CLM tooling.
