Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Workforce Management to join our team to forecast, schedule, and staff contact centers, ensuring service levels are met. You’ll analyze data, build reports, and optimize staffing while collaborating across operations. Remote-friendly in eligible US states, with standard 8am–5pm schedules.

Ideal candidates have substantial WFM experience, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to drive efficiency and accuracy in workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred.
• At least four years in a contact center and one year workforce management forecasting, scheduling, and using WFM tools.
• Experience writing reporting requirements, testing, and implementing these reports.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Run and review volume forecasts, headcount needs, shifts, and handle-time analysis.
• Validate WFM data and reports; ensure forecast accuracy meets goals.
• Schedule activities around forecasted contact patterns and adjust routing as needed.
• Identify reporting needs and request enhancements; develop dashboards and scorecards.
• Document requirements to generate reports and training materials; support procedures.
